We deliver to most of the UK mainland & surrounding areas, however some postcodes are excluded. Please use our Post Code Checker to see if we deliver to your area.
We use a selection of delivery services and couriers including our own delivery vans and 3rd party courier services. We manufacture the beds ourselves which means we can keep you informed and updated as possible on your orders journey, we aim to manufacture your goods and deliver within 2-3 weeks, from the date you have made your purchase.
Shipping charge – £89 this is a non profitable charge that is applied to all orders, including complimentary assembly of bed in room of your choice.
The above delivery charges are to cover the cost of delivery, the item you order will be delivered in a room of your choice with complimentary assembly. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable.If you miss your delivery date/time for any reason and we are forced to rearrange delivery, you may be recharged a delivery fee. Assembly of the bed is a non-chargeable complimentary service however if you, the customer, refuse this service you must check the bed yourself for any damages or faults at the time of delivery before signing the delivery note. Snugworld Bed cannot accept responsibility for any damages reported after the delivery team has left. You are requested to inspect all items on the day of delivery thoroughly to ensure there are no issues. In the event of an issue, you will be required to note this on the delivery form. Any problems do need to be reported within 48 hours via the fix it form linked below, as beyond this point Snugworld Beds will not be liable for any damages.
Please ensure all access points to and from the room chosen are kept clear as this can cause your delivery to be refused on the day.
Snugworld Beds take no liability for headboards fitting through doors and upstairs, please double check the measurements that are on each product page and if needs be speak to a customer service agent. Size issues relating to this are strictly non refundable.
The customers who do not require assembling the bed, must check the bed themselves for any damages or faults at the time of delivery before signing the delivery note. We cannot accept responsibility for any damages reported after the delivery team has left.
You will be contacted prior to arranging the delivery to confirm some key details to ensure the assembly service can be carried out without any issues. Please ensure that we have your correct contact details, preferably a valid mobile number and email address.
Fabric Samples usually take 7-10 days to arrive.
