When can I expect my item to arrive?

Once goods have been manufactured and are ready for delivery, a member of staff will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.

How do I order fabric samples?

How long will my fabric samples take to arrive?

The fabric samples will take 7-10 working days with normal postal service.

Am I able to alter my bed frame?

Yes. Please contact us before you place your order to discuss your requirements.

If you have already placed your order then please fill out the general enquiry form as soon as possible as changes to orders need to be requested before your bed is manufactured.

I’m not moving in for X amount of time can you hold my order?

Yes we can hold items as long as you need! Please leave us a message in notes section when making your purchase so we can arrange for items to be held.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes we have 3 showrooms for customers to come and view our beds please see our Location page to find your nearest store.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

We deliver to UK Mainland & surrounding areas. Please use our “Postcode Checker” to see if we deliver to your area.

Do you offer finance/monthly instalments or deposit schemes?

Yes, when completing your payment you can select from a number of finance options which include Klarna and Humm.

Will you assemble my item upon delivery?

Yes, we offer complimentary assembly service with every order.

I would like to clean my item I have purchased from you how do I do this?

All of our item can be cleaned using branded high street cleaners, please follow their instructions and take care.
